Indra Mohan, Founder & CEO
Indra is the Founder and CEO of GlanceGuide. He started his career at Data General, where he held both engineering and marketing positions. In 1986 he joined TIBCO Software (then called Teknekron Software Systems), as a member of the founding team, and served as Vice President for Sales & Marketing until the company achieved $100 million in revenue. He subsequently founded Interweave Corporation in 1996, was its President & CEO, and sold the company to Cognos in 1997. Indra then founded Contivo, Inc., the pioneering Enterprise Integration Modeling (EMI) Solution provider. He was recently CEO of Enigmatec, from 2004 through 2007, and was instrumental in establishing the company as a leader in the Run Book Automation market space. Indra holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Desikan Jagannathan, Founder, VP Engineering & CTO
Desikan is the founder and CTO of GlanceGuide. Prior to GlanceGuide, he was the Founder and CTO of Gainboard Systems, a leading provider of analytics solutions for Offshoring Performance Management. Desikan previously founded Interweave Software, a pioneer in web-native Business Intelligence solutions, and served as VP of Engineering and CTO. He sold Interweave to Cognos (now IBM) and stayed on as the VP of Product Development. Desikan has held technical, management and consulting roles at a number of other software companies. He has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from University of Alberta, Canada and a B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Tom Jasek, VP Marketing
Tom Jasek is responsible for Marketing at GlanceGuide. He has specialized in building client server and web applications that display real-time information and metrics. His professional background includes serving as SVP of Business Development at TIBCO, VP & General Manager at Teknekron Software Systems, and early roles at other startups. At TIBCO Tom brought real-time market data to the web by delivering solutions for Yahoo!, CNN and other market leaders. He holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA, and an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University.

Kevin T. O'Donnell, VP Operations
Kevin T. O'Donnell serves as GlanceGuide's VP of Operations. Kevin joins GlanceGuide from Enigmatec Corporation, a producer of enterprise automation software, where he was the Vice President of Product Management. Before Enigmatec, Kevin served as a systems architect and in senior IT management roles for various Wall street firms, including Lehman Brothers, Reuters/Instinet, and Merrill Lynch. The design and management of large scale infrastructure has been his singular focus for more than 10 years, and is marked by a highly interdisciplinary approach to understanding and overcoming technology challenges. Kevin holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Vanderbilt University.
